For this project in New Haven, IN, we are installing all new soffit and fascia across the entire house, using pearl soffit and ivory 606 T 3 1/3 fascia. Our team at Priority Exteriors will ensure the gables are non-vented and the flat runs include a 2-inch gap for optimal ventilation. The fascia wrap on the brick freeze board will match in ivory 606, providing a seamless and professional finish.
We will also install a single-vent slider with a half screen for the garage, from the Belmont series with a non-insulated frame and double-pane, low-E argon-filled E271 glass. Building out the window and wrapping it in white coil will further enhance the appearance. In addition, the whole house will undergo a tear-off process as we side over the freeze board on the walls.
At the front of the house, we'll apply non-insulated board and batten in cypress, complete with house wrap. This will extend from the west corner by the brick wall around to the garage's east corner. Approximately seven squares will be covered, with cypress corner posts and white J-channels around windows. For the back and west side, we'll use double 5" Parkview Dutchlap siding in cypress, wrapping around outlets and light fixtures in white.
In addition, the two-car garage will be wrapped in white coil, including the garage entry door and two back doors. We will also install 6-inch seamless gutters and 3" x 4" downspouts around the entire property in cameo 31 color, covering approximately 205 feet, along with aluminum bubble gutter guards for longevity. Lastly, the porch beam will receive wrapping in ivory 606 coil, utilizing 1 1/2 OSB boards and a 10-foot fascia board for added durability and visual appeal.
Priority Exteriors is committed to delivering top-notch siding services to our community in Kendallville, IN. We will carefully tear off and dispose of 23 square feet of aluminum siding, ensuring not to touch the three dormers on the property. Our skilled team will then install house wrap and 23 square feet of 8-inch single white vinyl horizontal lap siding on the entire house, again leaving the dormers untouched. Additionally, we will install approximately 35 feet of soffit and fascia in white on the east side of the house where it is missing. As part of our services, we'll also hang customer-provided shutters, which is included in the quoted price. To ensure a clean and safe environment, we will meticulously clean up all debris at the end of the project. Your property's exterior will be enhanced with care and attention to detail.
