In Fort Wayne, IN, we recently completed a full roof replacement using Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles, enhancing the durability and appearance of the property. We replaced 4 squares of Hardie board to ensure the exterior remains robust and weather-resistant. At Priority Exteriors, we also upgraded the roofing system with an intake vent and applied 28 squares of black shingles for a polished, longstanding finish. This installation provides the property owner with enhanced protection and added value.

This project involved a full exterior upgrade to improve both the performance and appearance of the home. Our team began by removing approximately 16 squares of existing wood siding, which was double-layered.

We then installed 16 squares of fanfold insulation to enhance energy efficiency, followed by a full layer of Tyvek house wrap—bringing the home up to current code standards where it was previously missing.

The exterior was finished with 16 squares of premium horizontal vinyl siding in the color Cypress, backed by a true lifetime warranty for long-term durability and peace of mind.

Additionally, we converted an existing twin double-hung window into a patio door to accommodate a future deck. This required removing the original windows, reframing the wall opening, and professionally installing the new patio door.

We took a look around the rest of the house and talked about some future projects that I was interested in. I will definitely be callin... Read more
