We are tasked with removing 26 squares of old siding and replacing it with new 4" Dutch lap siding in Parkview-Bone, including house wrap, J-channel, corner posts, light blocks, and outlet boxes, all in matching Bone color. Our team will also install a new gable vent on the garage for cohesive styling and add dryer and bathroom vents to match.
Enhancing the garage, we plan to install approximately 1 square of S9 hand-split shake (Rye) at the gable start and the bottom of the front bump-out window, each with included house wrap. We're committed to building out the double garage door with new wood, wrapping it in Pearl 827, and adding new boards with tan weather stripping. Additionally, we will fit a 20.5’ band board in 1x4, wrapping this in Pearl 827 to create a visual separation between shake and lap siding.
In our efforts to upgrade the windows, we will install new triple-pane windows throughout the house, featuring a white finish on both the interior and exterior, wrapped in Pearl 827 coil. For the home's guttering needs, we'll install 6" gutters with Downspouts in Cameo 31, all fitted with gutter toppers. We will also replace porch beams where needed, wrap them in Pearl 827, and install a new triple-pane front entry door and Anderson storm door, ensuring all installations are beautiful and durable. At Priority Exteriors, we are committed to transforming and enhancing the properties of our valued clients in Fort Wayne, IN. We will expertly install five new RBS series double-hung windows with foam-filled frames. These windows feature a vinyl, double-hung design, finished in white on both sides, complete with full screens and double-pane low e argon e270 glass for superior energy efficiency. The installation will include wrapping the windows in a white coil and modifying the window on the west side to accommodate the existing A/C unit.
In addition to the window work, we will wrap the rest of the property's windows and doors in white coil, ensuring a consistent, polished look. Our team will also install a new six-panel Masonite insulated steel white front door on the north side of the house, complete with a storm door to enhance durability and curb appeal.
Our expertise extends to siding installation, where we will remove and dispose of the old siding and replace it with 4.5” Dutch lap market square siding from Polaris across the entire house. This project includes new vinyl corner posts, house wrap, outlet boxes, light boxes, and Polaris J channel, complemented by white rectangle gable vents. Finally, we'll add a non-vented T 31/3 porch ceiling overhang on the front of the house, completing this comprehensive exterior renovation for our Fort Wayne neighbors.
