At Priority Exteriors, we are engaged to install three casement picture windows of the Hawthorne series, featuring high-quality e366 glass and double-pane construction. These windows will include a cherry/white build-out and will be expertly wrapped in white aluminum coil on the exterior. The sizes required for these windows are approximately 23 inches high by 36 inches wide. Additionally, we will install a single casement picture window and two single casement windows with similar specifications, adjusting for specific sizes and orientations.
Our team will also handle two opening modifications to accommodate the new casement windows, complete with necessary new headers. As part of our exterior work, we will fit a new white gable vent, approximately 20 inches high by 36 inches wide, on the outer wall where a semi-circle window was removed. Internally, we will cover, drywall, and prepare the area where the semi-circle window was, with the client responsible for painting. Priority Exteriors will also install new interior trim provided by the client on all six window units.
Furthermore, all installed windows will have insulated frames to ensure energy efficiency, with added insulation around the window openings to enhance performance and comfort for the property owner.
