Our scope of work includes two single-hung windows approximately 31” wide by 55” tall, with half screens for the bedroom on the northwest side of the home. Additionally, the kitchen will feature two single vent sliders approximately 52” wide by 42” tall, also with half screens. In the dining room, we'll install one fixed window approximately 61” wide by 72” tall, along with a single vent slider with a half screen. For the living room, clients will enjoy a 3-lite slider window with a 1/4, 1/2, 1/4 configuration, allowing both ends to open with screens. We'll also install two fixed windows flanking the fireplace, and two single-hung windows with half screens in the second bedroom located on the north end of the house. To complete the project, all windows will be seamlessly wrapped in white coil exterior trim, ensuring a cohesive and polished finish.

For added convenience, we will also install the new trim supplied by the client to complete the look and ensure customer satisfaction.
