Furthermore, we will install new T 3 1/3 vented soffit for flat runs and non-vented for gable runs, all in Clay. Our services include complete fascia wrap for the entire house, ensuring that all freeze boards and fascia boards on the eaves and gables are protected. We'll also handle building out and wrapping three windows, two on the garage wall and one on the porch wall, complementing the overall aesthetic with Clay wrap. Additionally, the garage will be wrapped in Clay and fitted with new 6” gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards, all in Wicker, to improve drainage and prevent debris build-up. In its place, our team will expertly install EP market square D5 traditional siding in a classic “aspen white.” Additionally, to provide an attractive contrast, we will install Tando Stack stone in “glacier bay” with a manufacturer ledge around the bottom 36 inches of the front-facing facet and surrounding the single garage door. Our approach will include preserving existing foam board whenever possible, replacing it only when it's damaged.
