Everything about our roofing experience was above expectation. Charles came to us on our schedule with samples, literature, and everything we would need to make an informed decision. The quote was thousands less than the closest competitors. The finance options are ideal. The job completed is incredible. Pro Exteriors was awesome to work with for my gutter needs. The pricing was fair… they were quick to respond to my inquiries & follow up questions, extremely professional and thoughtful. I had all of the gutters removed from my house and replaced with new ones including downspouts. His team worked efficiently and got everything done in a reasonable amount of time. Our roof had some -- exciting -- challenges because of many addtions to the original house. We spoke with three contractors about a new roof. Pro Exteriors was reasonable, explained their process, and stayed very professional and attentive. Then our solar company, who had promised to take off and re-install our solar panels when we needed a new roof, sold out to someone else after removing the panels.
