I had Ice Dams form on my roof and Charlie sent his crew out within 24 hours to take care of it. They were very professional. Charlie took every call from me. I was very satisfied.

The folks at Pre Exteriors came to my mom's rescue when everybody else No Bid the job and said they could not help. Pro Exteriors went the extra mile to find a solution to replace the five (5) sky lights and installed them after shoveling the snow off the roof. I would 100% recommend using this company to anyone!
After the last huge snowstorm, I had some serious ice accumulation on my gutters and roof. I Reached out to Pro Exteriors and Charles could not have been nicer. They were swamped due to the storm, the next morning his crew showed up and they raked and treated my roof. Needless to say, I was very appreciative and relieved.
