About eight months ago, I called Pro Exteriors LLC to inquire about an estimate to have my roof replaced. At the time, I wasn’t planning on replacing the roof soon, but in the midst of the lockdowns and quarantines I had some time to kill. When we first purchased our house, our inspector told us that we had a “maximum of five more years out of [our] roof” and that was if Mother Nature had zero impact. Alex and the team at Pro Exteriors were very professional throughout the process. They put together a great proposal package to review, and once signed, the process took about a month. It took a few weeks to have materials ordered and delivered, and when there was a dry day, it took 1 day for them to complete the 2400sqft roof replacement and install a new skylight.
