We called Pro Ext for a piece of siding that was loose and then fell off due to the recent tropical storm. The team was friendly, professional, and very communicative. They gave us a free estimate and were able to accommodate us much quicker than initially anticipated! Highly recommended

I recently had work completed on the roof a 3 family house as well as work on the garage roof on the same property. As this work was being requested by the homeowners insurance company, there was more interaction necessary with Alex at Pro Exteriors than was probably the norm. From start to finish, Alex was awesome. He was responsive to my many calls, helped make the communication with the insurance agent go smoothly and, all in all, he made the entire experience seamless. He is professional... Read more

Thank you so much for the incredible repairs and absolutely beautiful roof on our family home and barn! Your attention to detail is amazing! We were as crushed as the house and barn were from a massive tree that split apart during an ice storm. We were unharmed, but worried that the architectural details would be lost and forever changed. The complicated gambrel roof on both buildings, including an octagonal widow's peak/cupola with a pagoda roof were a challenge, to be sure! Your company was th... Read more

While I haven’t had any work done just yet, I have to say just how impressed I am with the quality and professionalism of this company. I made a call on a whim to inquire about a possible estimate. I spoke with Alex uninterrupted for over twenty minutes as he explain a variety of options, made certain recommendations, and above all else — did not sugar coat things or make baseless promises. He “gave it to [me] straight.” I had not and have not given a cent to this company, yet Alex treated me as... Read more
