Alex came out the following day after calling him around 7pm at night to give me a quote for a new gutter system. After speaking to Alex he arrived the following day to give me a quote, Alex was dressed very nice and had a very clean vehicle which to me is a great first impression because in my opinion that shows what kind of a company they must be.
