This multi-story, stunning beach home in Rehoboth Beach, was in need of a roof replacement, as the existing cedar shake had aged prematurely, due to improper installation. It was determined that Brava's synthetic cedar shake in Lake Forest was the right fit for this home. We love working with this product as it is sustainable, beautiful and will last for 50 years with little to no maintenance.

Here we have a historic duplex in downtown Lewes, Delaware. The roof on this duplex was ready for replacement. Previous subpar repairs and leaking skylights caused much interior damage. We replaced the roof with a new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Weathered Wood color. All skylights were replaced with new Velux skylights

Pro Exteriors put a new seamed metal roof on our historic house in Lewes. They did a fantastic job and eliminated several nagging leaks we had with our old roof. The house roof looks great and several passers by have commented on how nice it looks. Additionally, I had them come back several months later and they replaced a DuraDeck and replaced two windows. All done well and we are really pleased with the results.

Pro Exteriors is beyond 5-stars as well as the person they sent to fix a piece of siding on my house in Rehoboth Beach.
