NEW ROOF AND FASCIA - This home had multiple layers on the existing roof including cedar shake and metal. We removed down to the sheathing, installed new sheathing as needed, installed high temp ice and water and new Grand Rib metal in "Charcoal" We also replaced the fascia where replacing the metal caused a gap on the existing fascia. Once completed we installed new 5" White seamless rain gutters with Leaf Blaster Pro mesh gutter guards.
