This multi-story, stunning beach home in Rehoboth Beach, was in need of a roof replacement, as the existing cedar shake had aged prematurely, due to improper installation. It was determined that Brava's synthetic cedar shake in Lake Forest was the right fit for this home. We love working with this product as it is sustainable, beautiful and will last for 50 years with little to no maintenance.

Here we have a historic duplex in downtown Lewes, Delaware. The roof on this duplex was ready for replacement. Previous subpar repairs and leaking skylights caused much interior damage. We replaced the roof with a new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Weathered Wood color. All skylights were replaced with new Velux skylights

I was the recipient of a new roof when Pro Exteriors selected me S the veteran to honor this year! They showed up and surprised me and started my roof immediately! I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of this company from start to finish! They left my home looking better than when they shoes up and you could never tell that they were there except for the new roof!
