This multi-story, stunning beach home in Rehoboth Beach, was in need of a roof replacement, as the existing cedar shake had aged prematurely, due to improper installation. It was determined that Brava's synthetic cedar shake in Lake Forest was the right fit for this home. We love working with this product as it is sustainable, beautiful and will last for 50 years with little to no maintenance.

This community home needed a new roof badly. We replaced the roof with a GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Hickory color.

This wooded estate home got a new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Pewter Gray color. All new Velux skylights were also installed

This half historic and half new home in the unique Shipcarpenter Square community in downtown Lewes had a failing wood shake roof. We tore off teh old shakes, added all new sheathing, and new cedar shakes.

Here we have a historic duplex in downtown Lewes, Delaware. The roof on this duplex was ready for replacement. Previous subpar repairs and leaking skylights caused much interior damage. We replaced the roof with a new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Weathered Wood color. All skylights were replaced with new Velux skylights

I had a great experience with Pro Exteriors when they installed 2 Sun Tunnels in my home, one in each bathroom. The installers were efficient and professional from beginning to end and the quality of the work was exceptional. When a small scratch was found on one of the plates that framed the sun tunnel on my ceiling, Pro Exteriors would not accept payment until a new frame cover was ordered and installed to my satisfaction before I was billed. I feel like I won the lottery of roofers. These folks are fantastic. Aaron the president/owner was the only contractor out of 5 who realized that I had a bat in my attic.
