This multi-story, stunning beach home in Rehoboth Beach, was in need of a roof replacement, as the existing cedar shake had aged prematurely, due to improper installation. It was determined that Brava's synthetic cedar shake in Lake Forest was the right fit for this home. We love working with this product as it is sustainable, beautiful and will last for 50 years with little to no maintenance.

This community home needed a new roof badly. We replaced the roof with a GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Hickory color.

This wooded estate home got a new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Pewter Gray color. All new Velux skylights were also installed

This half historic and half new home in the unique Shipcarpenter Square community in downtown Lewes had a failing wood shake roof. We tore off teh old shakes, added all new sheathing, and new cedar shakes.

Here we have a historic duplex in downtown Lewes, Delaware. The roof on this duplex was ready for replacement. Previous subpar repairs and leaking skylights caused much interior damage. We replaced the roof with a new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Weathered Wood color. All skylights were replaced with new Velux skylights

C&M did a whole roof job on my house, which included a flat roof section that had a major leak. The crew showed up right on time and prepared. They completed most of the main pitched roof in one day, only having to come out for about an hour the next morning to finish. A second crew came out after the weekend to do the flat roof section which only took them a few hours. I hired Pro Exteriors to make several repairs/improvements to the vinyl siding and trim work in addition to evaluating our roof to pinpoint the cause for a sporadic leak. Since completing their work we have had several heavy rain storms with strong winds and there were no leaks.
