This historic home in downtown Milton, DE was in need of a major facelift. The siding and roof were both in rough shape. We installed James Hardie fiber cement lap siding in Country Lan Red color. All trim was replaced with PVC trim. The roof was stripped of multiple layers including wood shake to install new sheathing and a GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Hunter Green color. The roof is covered by a GAF Silver Pledge warranty.
