This community gazebo had reached it's end of life. We replaced the existing wood shake with new Cedar Shake roofing. The Cedar finial was also replaced with a new acorn.
This 1960's Lewes cottage was in dire need of an update. James Hardie board & batten fiber cement siding in Arctic White was installed over the entire house.
**Update: new owners have since painted the home MAY 2023
The Georgetown Chamber of Commerce gave us a call for some issues with their office roof in Georgetown, Delaware. After careful inspection, we realized the roof had multiple layers, including cedar shake. An insurance claim was filed and the roof was replaced by the carrier. We installed new sheathing and a GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Weathered Wood.
Here we have a 10,000 square foot commercial building in Milton Delaware. The EPDM roof on the building has had issues with roof leaks around the perimeter from a poor flashing job along the edge metal. We installed a strip of new EPDM and new edge metal to give this client a few more years out of this roof.
