This multi-story, stunning beach home in Rehoboth Beach, was in need of a roof replacement, as the existing cedar shake had aged prematurely, due to improper installation. It was determined that Brava's synthetic cedar shake in Lake Forest was the right fit for this home. We love working with this product as it is sustainable, beautiful and will last for 50 years with little to no maintenance.

Pro Exterior recently oversaw the design and replacement of our rusted and leaking lantern house at top of the Mispillion lighthouse, which we had moved to Shipcarpenter Square and restored in the early 2000’s.
