This bayside home in Lewes Delaware sustained some wind damage to their roof during a recent wind event. After going through the insurance claims process, a new roof was approved. We removed 3 layers of roofing including wood shake. All new sheathing was installed and GAF Timberline HDZ shingles were installed in Pewter Gray color. A GAF Silver Pledge warranty was attached.
This historic home on Federal St in Milton Delaware has seen some things. Years of deferred maintenance left this roof in rough shape. We removed multiple layers of roofing including wood shake. New sheathing was installed and the front porch framing repaired. A new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Pewter Gray was installed. A GAF Silver Pledge warranty was put in place to cover this roof for a full 50 years. This includes a 25 year workmanship warranty.
This beach home was in need of an exterior paint job after years of harsh coastal conditions had removed it's original shine. We refreshed the James Hardie fiber cement siding and Azek PVC trim with premium Sherwin Williams Super Paint and Emerald Trim Paint. This home looks as good as new!
This church roof was showing major signs of wear and tear to the shingles and flat roofs. We replaced the flat roofs with a new .060 EPDM roofing systems. The shingle roof was replaced with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in the Weathered Wood color. A GAF Golden Pledge commercial roofing warranty was included to project this roof for 40 years.
