This multi-story, stunning beach home in Rehoboth Beach, was in need of a roof replacement, as the existing cedar shake had aged prematurely, due to improper installation. It was determined that Brava's synthetic cedar shake in Lake Forest was the right fit for this home. We love working with this product as it is sustainable, beautiful and will last for 50 years with little to no maintenance.

This community home needed a new roof badly. We replaced the roof with a GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Hickory color.

This wooded estate home got a new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Pewter Gray color. All new Velux skylights were also installed

This half historic and half new home in the unique Shipcarpenter Square community in downtown Lewes had a failing wood shake roof. We tore off teh old shakes, added all new sheathing, and new cedar shakes.

Here we have a historic duplex in downtown Lewes, Delaware. The roof on this duplex was ready for replacement. Previous subpar repairs and leaking skylights caused much interior damage. We replaced the roof with a new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Weathered Wood color. All skylights were replaced with new Velux skylights

Pro Exteriors installed two patio doors for us and we couldn't be happier with the results. The installation process was complicated by the presence of rot in the wood sheathing and beam found when removing siding. Mike and Nolan repaired the damage prior to installing the new doors. I had some roofing shingles blown off during a storm. I called a few vendors listed on line and each one said it would take about a week to get to me since they were backed up due to the cold weather. Pro Exteriors showed up that afternoon and repaired the roof. Mike, the service person was pleasant, and professional. The cost quoted was less than the other vendors and the service was excellent.

When we needed a new roof for our home we got several estimates from different companies. Brad W. came out and inspected the leaky area and gave us a terrific presentation and then fully explained all of our options. We decided to go with Pro Exteriors as they were local. Josh K. and his crew did a bang up job in 2 days. They completely cleaned up all the old roof debris and immediately repaired a few screens that they broke during the old roof removal. Definitely a company to do business with.
