This multi-story, stunning beach home in Rehoboth Beach, was in need of a roof replacement, as the existing cedar shake had aged prematurely, due to improper installation. It was determined that Brava's synthetic cedar shake in Lake Forest was the right fit for this home. We love working with this product as it is sustainable, beautiful and will last for 50 years with little to no maintenance.

This half historic and half new home in the unique Shipcarpenter Square community in downtown Lewes had a failing wood shake roof. We tore off teh old shakes, added all new sheathing, and new cedar shakes.

Here we have a historic duplex in downtown Lewes, Delaware. The roof on this duplex was ready for replacement. Previous subpar repairs and leaking skylights caused much interior damage. We replaced the roof with a new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Weathered Wood color. All skylights were replaced with new Velux skylights

Every aspect of the work from the estimate to the emergency tapping to the installation was excellent. Brad Wazlavek was a tremendous sales person that went over every item of the quote in detail. In addition, he went well above and beyond when the temporary tarp had leaks and rain was literally pouring into our living room overnight. Being that we are new to the historic district, Aaron showed up at the HPC meeting to get approval for the new roof. I was not expecting that but it was incredibly helpful. (It was an example of going the extra mile). He gave three quotes for three different packages. All on par with other quotes we received. Aaron’s warranty was more encompassing than other companies from which we obtained bids.
