PORCH CEILING - This homeowner had a new HVAC system installed in their porch. We patched in the porch ceiling that was removed and made a PVC access panel for any future work the unit will need.

    UNDER DECKING - This owner had an issue with rain on his deck under the upper deck. We installed a system to help direct the water to the edge of the upper deck to keep the space under dry for rainy days.

    SIDING REPAIR - This home was showing signs of water coming in around the garage door. Upon inspection we found improper flashing. We removed the siding around the door, replaced all the rot, properly flashing and reinstalled the siding.

    During a recent snowstorm with high winds (Feb. 22m 2026) the cap around my furnace chimney became dislodged and in need of replacement. Pro Exteriors removed the old galvanized cap and installed a new stainless steel cap that should last for many years.

    We needed to replace some house siding due to a Buckling/Melting issue caused from the sun reflecting off a neighbor's Low-E windows. Obtained competitive quotes from 3 reputable well known local vendors, including Pro Exteriors. Pro Exteriors was the best priced option so they were engaged for the job. Their work and communication was excellent.....we were very happy with the completion of the replacement siding.
