This multi-story, stunning beach home in Rehoboth Beach, was in need of a roof replacement, as the existing cedar shake had aged prematurely, due to improper installation. It was determined that Brava's synthetic cedar shake in Lake Forest was the right fit for this home. We love working with this product as it is sustainable, beautiful and will last for 50 years with little to no maintenance.

This community home needed a new roof badly. We replaced the roof with a GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Hickory color.

This half historic and half new home in the unique Shipcarpenter Square community in downtown Lewes had a failing wood shake roof. We tore off teh old shakes, added all new sheathing, and new cedar shakes.

Here we have a historic duplex in downtown Lewes, Delaware. The roof on this duplex was ready for replacement. Previous subpar repairs and leaking skylights caused much interior damage. We replaced the roof with a new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Weathered Wood color. All skylights were replaced with new Velux skylights

I cannot say enough how well a job Pro Exteriors did with my roof! It was aging out, they came in and replaced it like new- from staging the worksite, the crew's efficiency, and cleanup like they were never here replacing a 20 year old roof ... A+ all around. Did I mention the roof looks fantastic and color true to the sample I chose?!
