This multi-story, stunning beach home in Rehoboth Beach, was in need of a roof replacement, as the existing cedar shake had aged prematurely, due to improper installation. It was determined that Brava's synthetic cedar shake in Lake Forest was the right fit for this home. We love working with this product as it is sustainable, beautiful and will last for 50 years with little to no maintenance.

Here we have a historic duplex in downtown Lewes, Delaware. The roof on this duplex was ready for replacement. Previous subpar repairs and leaking skylights caused much interior damage. We replaced the roof with a new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Weathered Wood color. All skylights were replaced with new Velux skylights

Pro Exteriors replaced our roof. Their crew was awesome to work with. Josh provided updates about progress, repairs that were needed (what they were doing to take care of them too), pictures so I could see the progress and the old damage. He was very helpful and reassuring about my concerns. He also made sure our yard and house was clean and put back as if they had never been there.
