This half historic and half new home in the unique Shipcarpenter Square community in downtown Lewes had a failing wood shake roof. We tore off teh old shakes, added all new sheathing, and new cedar shakes.

Here we have a historic duplex in downtown Lewes, Delaware. The roof on this duplex was ready for replacement. Previous subpar repairs and leaking skylights caused much interior damage. We replaced the roof with a new GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Weathered Wood color. All skylights were replaced with new Velux skylights

We had leak in our roof during a very rainy period and Pro Exteriors was able to do a temporary repair right away (during the rain) until they could schedule us for a permanent repair. They did a great job and I really appreciated their promptness.
