Jeff and my husband work from the steps of quote to invoice. Information and explanations were on target. I was most interested in the onsite work. Planning and paperwork is important, but my interest is the "hands on" work. I was impressed with the crew knowing where they were suppose to be and what they were suppose to do. My roof was definitely past the point of needing it redone. They gave me a quote very quickly, and then scheduled me the very next week! The Monday they did it was rainy, so I thought maybe they were going to cancel. However, they waited until it cleared up in an hour or two and started! My roof looks beautiful now, and I have a lot of peace of mind now that that's crossed off my to-do list. Hopefully I won't see any shingles in my yard after a storm like I used to 😅
