Our experience with Professional Roofers was excellent from start to finish! They came out to do a roof repair on short notice in order to get it done before a big rainstorm came. Communication was terrific, including letting us know when they were on their way to perform the work. Documentation was top notch, including photographs of before, during and after the work as done. They live up to their name! Highly recommend.
My in-laws had wind damage to a few shingles after a storm. Within 24hrs of contacting Professional Roofer they made contact with me and assured me they would get the roof inspection and fixed as soon as possible. They arrived as promised and were very friendly to my in-laws. They then provided an amazing follow up email with a description of what they found and pictures of the repair. Good to see a company in 2020 that still values amazing customer service!!
I can't say enough good about this company! Jeff responded immediately when I left a message about our roof and gutter being damaged by a fallen tree. Immediately, Jeremy was dispatched to our location. A tarp was installed until the insurance rep could get out to look at the damage. Jeremy made sure to be there when the insurance rep arrived.
