My in-laws had wind damage to a few shingles after a storm. Within 24hrs of contacting Professional Roofer they made contact with me and assured me they would get the roof inspection and fixed as soon as possible. They arrived as promised and were very friendly to my in-laws. They then provided an amazing follow up email with a description of what they found and pictures of the repair. Good to see a company in 2020 that still values amazing customer service!!

I can't say enough good about this company! Jeff responded immediately when I left a message about our roof and gutter being damaged by a fallen tree. Immediately, Jeremy was dispatched to our location. A tarp was installed until the insurance rep could get out to look at the damage. Jeremy made sure to be there when the insurance rep arrived. This company and especially Jeremy Blount, where by our side during the entire process of dealing with the insurance company and the numerous claim specialists that came to our home to review are roof damage. Professional Roofers were there for it all and represented us as if they were our personal agent to support us and work with the insurance adjusters.
