They were able to come out the day I called in the rain and fix the issue with our shingle which helped prevent additional water damage to our ceiling. The worker who came out was also so respectful of our house. He took his shoes off to come inside and made sure I was okay with him bringing in his wet ladder. I can’t say enough how wonderful this roofing company is! They followed through with the exact actions they verbally said on the phone! My agent, Mackenzie Willy, (Professional Roofers) was very personable, capable, and knowledgeable when she came to check out the condition of my roof! It wasn’t quite bad enough to file a claim but needed some shingles replaced! She had their roofers come the same day to patch up the bad places before the hurricane rain came! Had over 4” of rain and not a leak!
