We had great experience with this company. Everyone was helpful and answered all of our questions. They did an excellent job with all of our projects.
I was approached by one of their guys with a knock in the door. Next day the guy comes in give s a fancy dancy presentation for 3.5 hours, asking me to sign on the spot for 75K, for roof replacement, with out even listing out complete details of the expenses. When I refused, starts calling names, how unprofessional. I followed up next day with their office, for detailed estimate, no response. This explains how shady work then can do.
I couldn’t have asked for a better company to come install my roof. Not only was the initial inspector 100% thorough, the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was never out of the loop with the project, and updated throughout the entire process via phone and text message. Financing makes me nervous but they made it more clear and comfortable with great pricing! Thank you Proper Roofing for everything!
