The sales people were courteous and knowledgeable. I was really impressed by the fact that the paper work contains the business card of the president / owner with the note to call him at any time if there are problems. Obviously a man that stands behind his product. The crew was on site within 10 minutes of the proposed start time at 5:30 AM and finished before dark as promised. The roof looks wonderful, and it passed its first test this week with Beryl with flying colors.

We are very happy with the job Proper Roofing did for us. James M. did a thorough inspection and explained their process in detail and showed us examples of their high-quality materials used. They increased the ventilation in our attic significantly. The whole job was completed professionally, from old roof removal, damaged plywood replacement, to installation of the new materials, cleanup and final inspection. It looks great! Proper Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. This includes scheduling a time for an inspection and estimate, completion of the estimate and thorough explanation by representative Dakota M.. The job was scheduled on a timely basis and work was completed as scheduled with a complete clean up and post project review and wrap up by project manager, Tai. I am ver leased with the work, work ethic and professionalism of the entire crew representing Proper Roofing.

Had an overall great experience. Me and my wife had just bought an home and had to get a new roof.
