Great experience.10/10 strongly recommend. Brian explained everything step by step to me and my parents both in English and Spanish for my parents. He brought samples of the material being used for the roof. Explain warranty and answered all questions and Concerns. Was in contact with us during the entire process and was always available to answer questions. It was truly a pleasure working with the Proper Roofing team. I wasn't sure if I was ready to pull the trigger on replacing my roof, but when I saw the layers of roof protection provided by their installation process I was sold. had a great install on my roof only took one day Luke. My sales rep was very good. Explained everything in detail details love the #Warranty and Jesus the project manager was awesome as well. Ended up getting roofing attic barrier and gutters all in a one stop shop thanks guys.
