I have not felt more comfortable with ANY company doing work than I have with Proper Roofing. Their sales reps Santiago and Luke did an amazing job with presentation. After agreeing to use them, they kept constant communication and reached out just to check on us. When the work started they were extremely punctual, cleaned as they went. All I can say is the professionalism was beyond expectations. I intend to use them to do our gutters and sofates in the future.

This was the best experience we have had on a roof replacement. Not only was it a good product but everyone was extremely helpful from the salesman in making the best decision to the installers and the clean up after it was all finished. While I don’t expect any issues, I have no problem believing that if we were to have a warranty issue down the line, it will be handled promptly and with the same quality of work as when they installed it. Our new roof is beautiful!
