A door to door salesman caught my wife off guard and committed me to a next-day inspection/estimate for a new roof. First off, be prepared to spend 3 hours with the salesman/consultant, that will be capped off with relentless, high pressure sales practices based largely on scare tactics. "If you don't buy a new rood today, your entire world will blow up around you", type stuff. Outstanding job. My roof looks better than those around me. I like those vents on the garage. Your guys are excellent craftsmen. Special thanks to Sean Adams your salesman who got me. I had the worst experience with this company. Proper Roofing uses high pressure sales tactics such as offering a discount to manipulate the situation and persuade you into close the sale on the same day of the inspection. The salesperson also used time pressure tactics, claiming prices would increase approximately 20% if I didn't sign that day.
