I normally turn away sales guys without them getting a word out. Purchased a new roof that night (Nov 24) with the sales guy (I don't remember it taking more than maybe 2 hours total). I do feel that I received a fair price for the new roof, unlike some of the other reviews; yes, I haggled with them a bit. Proper Roofing did the go nano treatment for our roof recently. They did a great job. If you want to extend the life of your roof, nano treatment is the way to go. I highly recommend Proper Roofing.
