We had a great experience with Proper. From Luke in sales (yes even the sales guy was polite and friendly), to the roofing crew, to the follow up with Dakota, everyone was personable and respectful. And best of all, our roof looks great! They do have a job to sell a product, you get the full sales pitch, but there is no pressure.
