I had someone come to my house yesterday for an evaluation and estimate of my roof. What an unpleasant experience! He spent over three hours there, wasting my whole day listening to so many things that ultimately made no sense. Since my partner wasn't home to decide between the other estimates (which they already knew), I had to wait to speak with him.
