The door-to-door sales operative, Samuel, was polite, as I had already told him I have someone coming to look at my roof. He offered for their company to come and give an estimate, just to “have another name in the hat,” as he put it. After asking if I was the homeowner, which I confirmed I was, he threw me when he asked me for the address of the home. I have not felt more comfortable with ANY company doing work than I have with Proper Roofing. Their sales reps Santiago and Luke did an amazing job with presentation. After agreeing to use them, they kept constant communication and reached out just to check on us. When the work started they were extremely punctual, cleaned as they went. All I can say is the professionalism was beyond expectations. I intend to use them to do our gutters and sofates in the future.
