TLDR: effective roof installation at reasonable pricing (if you buy it the same day they quote it - no pressure!) but significant issues with sales representation accuracy, post-installation cleanup (checkout the clip of the shard puncturing a piece of roof material left behind in my yard - imagine if it was your foot!) and customer communication regarding pre-existing conditions.
