The sales people were courteous and knowledgeable. I was really impressed by the fact that the paper work contains the business card of the president / owner with the note to call him at any time if there are problems. Obviously a man that stands behind his product. The crew was on site within 10 minutes of the proposed start time at 5:30 AM and finished before dark as promised.
