My roof looks great I pray that it holds up during our next big storm are hurricane. I gave them this rating due to them not using one of the materials they said they would. They were suppose to install tech shield and they did not. The workers made a mess in my front yard which I told the representative. I did not get any reimbursement from them for not using the proper material that they stated they would.

Proper Roofing is an excellent company. Their reps explained everything in great detail in regards to replacing our very old roof. The workmanship was excellent & efficient, and detailed. Proper Roofing is very good with communicating with their customers- any questions were promptly answered. I recommend them!

I sat through the long presentation everyone talks about in the reviews. It is a good product, a very high quote, I accepted a partial roof replacement with go nano, I like the go nano. This was scheduled when I was not home they said it would be fine. They did not follow the instructions from the quote so they came out again, did some more work, found many nails left over both times.
