We chose Proper Roofing because of their good reviews. We had our roof replaced and a radiant barrier installed in the attic. Due to a rain delay, the radiant barrier was installed first. The job went smoothly. After that, they came and replaced the roof and, as promised, it was done in one day and clean up was thorough.

Pat, I am sorry to hear that your experience was not good. I did want to let you know that I do have record we came out after the storm and were able to confirm that no shingles came off your roof during the storm. We were also able to confirm that your AC company did have to add air returns that would fix issues of humidity but that issue is unrelated to any work we performed. My team made numerous calls to Mr. Quinones who admitted your review was exaggerated but since have not been given any time or had our calls returned. Hopefully this message reaches you.
