I was not pleased with the inspection performed and the estimate provided. The primary inspection performed was only in the attic, where the inspector took pictures of water stains around the vents and fire place. An inspection was not performed on the exterior of the roof. I believe the water stains seen were from 20 years ago when the roof was installed because of a hurricane.
