We purchased a new roof and soffiting. The roof was very high quality architectural shingles and the latest high tech moisture barriers. They replaced large section of the plywood underneath as well as all the venting and exhausts. It looks great and we are very satisfied. Because it's rated up to Cat 4 and a certain size hail damage we will be receiving a discount on home insurance. The old soffiting was completely ripped out and replaced on two stories.
