I responded via email twice as requested in response to this original review, but they said they did not see/receive the emails and eventually contacted my husband after some deduction (his last name is different in their system). Finally, after communication/scheduling difficulties, Jake and then a repair team made it out to inspect and repair the issue.

Working with R Turley Roofing was a fantastic experience from start to end. They truly made the process of having our roof replaced incredible easy! They knew exactly what to look for and helped deal with our home insurance to get the repairs covered. The installation was quick, clean, and the new roof looks great! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
RTurley roofing did a fantastic job! They did almost all of the communicating with our insurance company, and they were kind and accommodating as we worked around COVID procedures with our bank! Our roof looks great, and I’m still so impressed with how quickly and professionally it was completed! I will recommend them to everyone.
