He also checked all other knobs and handles and tightened or adjusted what he saw, without us asking as part of the lifetime warranty service.     Sean S. did a great job on the installation. We bought 2 Toto toilets, they’re amazing. We added the vanity and tub. He caulked everything and did a nice job. More importantly we felt like he was trustworthy and honest. He made the 4 day job a very pleasant experience.
