An Update After 1.5 years.
Sealant around the tub is turning black from mold that I have tried to clean but has colored it.
The good news is they come out and remove the moldy seal and recaulk it.
Dan and Lester were on time and worked so quickly. They even worked around my dog! I loved seeing the progress. The only downside was the top of the ceiling wasn’t covered like the side. It has to be painted now and is not even like the top was before when I had tile covering the top.
