Unresponsive to four of our calls requesting a supervisor come out and inspect the work done as a wall is cracking and there are still areas of tile that have little to no grout; after they previously came out to regrout. Requests to have the life-time warranty applied have gone unanswered; customer service after receiving pay is unsatisfactory.
