    High lack of communication between sales and construction folks. Sales told me there would be no cutting into the foundation, but once I heard the jack hammer it was too late. I can now expect over time a crack through the foundation that will result in cracked floor tile. I'm sure Re-Bath will not cover this.     The lifetime warranty is useless. We had our master bathroom remodeled in 2015. Twice, since then, we’ve called with problems and cannot get anyone to return the call. We purchased a nice Koehler toilet as part of the package. During installation, the toilet lid was a slightly different color than the rest of the toilet. The installer unsuccessfully tried to find a replacement at Lowe’s and Home Depot and finally settled for a lid that matched in color, but was not a Koehler brand lid. The... Read more

    I had my bathtub taken out and replaced with a shower.. The consultant was professional and help me choice from mutiple sample, made it so easy. The installer was punctual, cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job in 2 days. My new shower is beautiful and so glad I chose Re-Bath.

    We thought the remodeling was good until we noticed cracked/damaged ceramic floor tiles caused by the remodeling project. The contracted worker did those damages and never reported to it ReBath and me before he left. There is no way he did not notice something very noticable. Rob came to inspect the damage and ordered material to repair it. It has been over a month since his visit. Still have not heard back. Horrible service.
