At first I was not happy with the amount or quality of work that was done for the price. And their pushy sales guy made me feel I didnt have much time to decide. But what did impress me was that once they heard I wasnt happy with the work they immediately contacted me and asked for a chance to make things right. Several years ago I had both of my bathrooms done by Re-Bath. They turned out fantastic! Only problem is I did not at that time have a shower door installed in the master bath. Later, regretting that oversite, I called them to get one. First, let me say I am not a fan of shower doors. I have never seen a nice one. While like they say, never say never.
