We had high expectations for ReBath and they met those expectations.
Update Feb 2025: when you spend the price of a small hatchback on a bathroom remodel, you expect that minor fixes within at least the first year, would be done at no cost, even if the customer tried to fix it first themselves. Apparently that's not the case with Re-Bath. There was one area where the original caulking needed a fix so we did it ourselves, but it started discoloring, so we called Re-Bath to see if they could do that under warranty. They do not. Although I’m very satisfied with the end result, it was quite stressful during the work. Upon arrival and construction walkthrough to confirm work to be done, it was clear there were some errors in the sales order. Accessories like towel bar/rings and toilet paper holder weren’t ordered, one of the cabinet sizes was incorrect (which we had to wait another month for delivery) and removal and wall patching of old accessories were not included in the work order.
