            The lifetime warranty is useless. We had our master bathroom remodeled in 2015. Twice, since then, we’ve called with problems and cannot get anyone to return the call. We purchased a nice Koehler toilet as part of the package. During installation, the toilet lid was a slightly different color than the rest of the toilet.
