            Windows installed 2021. Made our home safe through the past hurricanes Ian and Milton. However, poor customer service when needing a long scratch in the line of sight removed or replace the pane of the large window. Was told by a tech to try rubbing it out with a magic eraser. They did not honor the “lifetime warranty.” Will not use Reese Window and Door to replace our two remaining patio sliders.

            Their door to door salesperson pounded on my door despite my no trespassing and no soliciting signs. Made my dog go crazy which woke up my 4 month old son. I promptly asked if he had read the sign and sent him away. I knew he was from Reese because of the logos on his shirt and car. I wouldn't do business with this company even if I was in the market for windows. Posting this for both their Ft. Myers and Sarasota locations because I live in the middle in Port Chalotte and I'm not sure which one ... Read more
