            We had hurricane Windows and shutters installed by Reece builders they did an awesome job very nice answered all my questions no problem. Cleaned up the mess like they were never here except we have awesome new Windows. Keeps the noise out and my house is noticeably cooler. We have 1 big window and a patio door we will be getting done in the future. Preparing for hurricane Irma I was not worried. We had some big wind Windows are beautiful and no damage.             We are in a category 5 hurricane warning the worst! As we began to prepare our home with hurricane shutters that were purchased with our windows and paid thousands of dollars for. NOT ONE HURRICANE SHUTTER FITS ANY WINDOW IN our HOME! We called Reece right away Saturday 9/9 @7:30am and of course no answer. We then thought to call the sales man that sold us the windows and SHUTTERS. He answered and said he would get someone to fix their mistake.             Andy and his team did a great job replacing our original windows! Very professional! Andy has an an eye for details. They were careful in keeping the inside of our home as neat as possible while taking out our old windows. We also had 2 doors replaced and are very happy with our new windows and doors!
